PA Bass Fishing Under The Weather Gun!

Not sure I've ever seen quite as frustrating a period of bass fishing. The Delaware and Susquehanna Rivers are running high and turbid. And this has been, shall I say, a very windy period! And as I look at the forecast for the next three days, there is little to be optomistic about. More precipitation upstream means rising will be back by Wednesday.

All this water means............great smallmouth fishing in May and June......When we can get on the rivers. Our episode of Backwoods Angler TV with our contest winner from last year has NOT been shot yet. A combination of cancellations (3 shoots postponed due to poor weather and river levels) and our winner being unable to make his trip forced us to set that eipsode back for the time being. We are airing an episode from the Big D this week. Smallmouth bass on spinnerbaits......I'm only dreaming of the day this spring when I can partake in that activity. It's just around the corner......I think I sad that 2 months ago! Hang in there, I have to!
